Thesis: Is diet quality among adults in Canada changing over time? My thesis will examine trends in diet quality from 2018 to 2022 among adults in Canada, overall and among sociodemographic groups, using data from the International Food Policy Study.

Research Interests and Future Goals: I have a keen interest in nutrition epidemiology, chronic diseases, dietary patterns, knowledge translation and exchange, and social and ecological determinants of health. Future goals include gaining experience and skills in knowledge translation and stakeholder engagement to effectively disseminate Public Health nutrition research and inform evidence-based practice.

Fun fact about you: I am a huge foodie. Infact, I view grocery shopping as a fun activity rather than a chore.
