Thesis: Sugary beverage consumption and cardiometabolic risk in children and adults

Research Interests and Future Goals: My research interests center on exploring the association between sugary beverage consumption and fructose, and their impact on cardiometabolic risk in children and adults. My research utilizes systematic reviews and meta-analyses, as well as a prospective analysis of a large-scale cohort. I aim to provide evidence-based recommendations to inform public policy and clinical practice guidelines to reduce sugary beverage consumption and improve cardiometabolic health outcomes.
