En tant que chercheur, je cherche \u00e0 comprendre comment les syst\u00e8mes alimentaires peuvent \u00eatre transform\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire leur impact sur l&rsquo;environnement tout en maximisant le bien-\u00eatre des individus, des communaut\u00e9s et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. L&rsquo;un de mes objectifs est de d\u00e9velopper un cadre d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du cycle de vie social qui int\u00e8gre des indicateurs de bien-\u00eatre et d&rsquo;utiliser la th\u00e9orie de la proximit\u00e9 pour rendre ces impacts tangibles pour les consommateurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies de marketing efficaces qui encouragent la consommation responsable et permettent aux marques responsables d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9conomiquement viables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projet de recherche :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprendre l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;ESG sur l&rsquo;image de marque et la confiance des entreprises B2B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse de la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et des lacunes en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene de valeur de la distribution alimentaire locale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tude multidimensionnelle des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires locaux pour des villes saines : Proximit\u00e9, identit\u00e9, comportement et transformation de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 hyperlocale \u00e0 l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 nationale des consommateurs : R\u00e9v\u00e9ler les perceptions de la localit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers la proximit\u00e9, le d\u00e9veloppement et la validation d&rsquo;une \u00e9chelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Faits amusants \u00e0 propos de vous: <\/strong>Je suis une adepte de l&rsquo;artisanat et du fait main. Je fais de la peinture acrylique et \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile, du dessin, du tricot, des bougies de soja et je mets en conserve des l\u00e9gumes et des fruits de saison pour profiter de leurs saveurs pendant la saison hivernale.
