Postdoctoral projects: Understanding the economic and nutritional costs of food purchasing behaviors across neighborhoods using machine learning approaches.

Research Interests and Future Goals: My research interests are Artificial Intelligence in Nutrition, Cardiometabolic Diseases, and Food Purchasing/Consumption Behaviors. I hope my research could provide valuable tools and evidence to better understand how food policy and shocks impact individual dietary choices and health, to nudge healthy eating behaviors, and improve public health.
