Thank you for your interest in the Implementation Science Summer Institute hosted by the SMART Training Platform.
Registration Details:
The application form will be reviewed by our admissions committee for suitability and a decision notice will be provided to the applicants on a rolling-basis. Spots are limited as we are welcoming a small cohort of 20 attendees. We encourage all interested applicants to submit their applications before the deadline of May 8th, 2023.
Attendees will be provided all accommodations including housing, food, and onsite travel. Please ensure you complete your accessibility requirements, dietary restrictions, and confirm your need for accommodations on campus. Travel to and from the Summer Institute is not included, attendees are to arrange their own travel to the University of Guelph campus. You are required to be onsite by noon Monday June 5th until noon Friday June 9th. Please note: Accommodations for Sunday June 4th can be provided by request if travel accommodations require.
There is a nominal fee of $150 to attend the Summer Institute. The registration fee is due upon receiving your acceptance notice. This notice will be provided by the SMART Training Platform coordinator on behalf of the committee and will be communicated to you from [email protected]. Further instructions and details will be provided following your acceptance notice. Please note: Upon receiving the notice of acceptance, you will have 2 business days to complete the payment and secure your enrolment.
