Thesis: Establishing the abundance and diversity of viruses that cause foodborne illness in Canadian wastewater

Research Interests: Wastewater-based epidemiology; microbial source tracking; normalizing human pathogen signals in wastewater using human fecal biomarkers.

Future Goals: Find ways to make wastewater-based epidemiology a more accessible technology for communities with fewer resources.

Fun fact about you: I once canoed 80km and portaged 10km overnight from 8pm – 8am.
