Research Interests and Future Goals: My research focuses on the intersection of food culture, sustainability, and policy. I’m particularly interested in how cultural values and beliefs influence food choices, and how these insights can inform sustainable food systems and inclusive policy development. My future goals include graduate research and contributing to policies and innovations that support more resilient and climate-smart food economies.
