Thesis: Planting Design in Green Stormwater Infrastructure: How Does it Impact Maintenance and Public Acceptability
Research Interests and Future Goals: Although I am fascinated by a really broad range of topics (my previous graduate degree focused on the popular economy in Venezeula!), my current research interest is on urban biodiversity and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI). I want to support municipalities and public space designers to create GSI that is functional, effective, beautiful, and that supports a range of ecological and human needs.
Fun fact about you: I speak three languages well (English, French, Spanish), and one poorly (Portuguese). I also play three instruments reasonably well (guitar, piano, ukulele) and one poorly (banjo)!
