Thesis: Developing and Evaluating Environmental Labelling to Support Sustainable Food Choices in Canada.
Research Interests My research examines how food environments and nutrition policies can support healthier and more sustainable diets. I am particularly interested in environmental food labeling that helps consumers make informed food choices. Through my work, I hope to contribute evidence that informs policies and programs that improve both human and planetary health.
