Research Interests My research discipline is nutrition and food security. I am interested in the way that socioeconomic factors influence food access and food security, and what solutions may be available for these complex systemic problems.

My long-term goal is to inform system-level changes which help improve equitable access to healthy and sustainable foods.. 

Fun fact about you: I love outdoor adventures – hiking, canoe tripping, open water swimming, etc.
