Research Interests I am interested in evidence-based exercise interventions for aging populations, fall prevention, and implementation science. My PhD project focuses on optimizing the delivery of community-based exercise programs to improve participation and health outcomes. I am passionate about bridging research and real-world health solutions and making exercise more accessible and impactful.

Fun fact about you: I love animals, and I have 6 cats at home! I wish I could adopt more.
