Research Interests My research interests focus on supporting the physical and mental well-being of vulnerable populations in Canada through community-based approaches to chronic disease prevention and the promotion of healthy dietary behaviours. I am particularly interested in strengthening the connection between individuals and their local communities in order to support sustainable, long-term health outcomes.

Fun fact about you: I completed my first marathon in May 2026!
