  • Relation structure-fonction des composés phénoliques associés à une pression et une température élevées 
  • Composés phénoliques de la moutarde comme inhibiteurs potentiels de la tyrosinase 
  • Application de la technologie intelligente pour améliorer l’état nutritionnel des habitants du nord du Manitoba 
  • Propriétés thérapeutiques des champignons 
  • Développement d’une formule pour améliorer la santé des yeux afin de traiter la dégénérescence moléculaire et la vision par ordinateur 

Ruchira aime jouer au cricket pendant les étés chauds et adore voyager !
