Intérêts de recherche et objectifs futurs : Cameron McRae est un doctorant qui a reçu une formation transdisciplinaire au carrefour des affaires, de la science et de la technologie. Il possède une expérience diversifiée, ayant occupé des postes dans l’industrie, la recherche et l’enseignement. Ses recherches portent principalement sur le marketing alimentaire, la transformation technologique et le développement durable.
